[$250] Cannot Pay reports in bulk, only Mark as Paid even though they have VBA connected

Go to Spend > Ready to Pay (User have only one Workspace) 2. Select All reports on the page 3. Click on the Selected dropdown and click Pay 4. The Pay button is greyed out only the Mark as Paid option is visible ## Expected Result: They should be able to Pay the reports in bulk, considering they have a connected VBA.
