A is a privacy-focused stablecoin launched by the Awake platform, designed to maintain a 1:1 peg with DAI (1 A = 1 DAI). The protocol follows a fully collateralized reserve model, ensuring that every A token issued is backed by an equivalent amount of DAI held in the treasury. Through Awake's proprietary minting algorithm, the non-stable LGNS token is converted into the privacy stablecoin A. During the minting process, LGNS is deposited according to the protocol's collateralization mechanism and is permanently burned after A is successfully minted, reducing the circulating supply of LGNS. At the same time, an equivalent amount of DAI is locked in the treasury on a 1:1 basis, providing full collateral backing for every A token. Users can redeem A for DAI at any time through the protocol, ensuring price stability, transparency, and asset security.
