Cortik AI

Cortik AI is an autonomous, decentralized financial protocol deployed on the Polygon blockchain. The protocol operates entirely through smart contracts with no human administration, no team with ongoing control, and no administrative keys held by any individual or entity. Ownership of all contracts was permanently renounced at deployment.

The protocol is governed by five specialized smart contracts — the Cortik Brain. The Cortik Emission Engine (CEE) controls CTK token supply. The Cortik Liquidity Stabilizer (CLS) maintains price stability through a dynamic six-threshold corridor. The Cortik Recycle Core (CRC) captures and routes all protocol fees autonomously. The Cortik Mint Guardian (CMG) evaluates ecosystem health and approves or restricts all new token issuance. The Cortik Longevity Predictor (CLP) forecasts treasury health and instructs minting strategy across three simultaneous time horizons.

The protocol includes the CLS Portfolio Engine — an autonomous sub-module that allocates ecosystem capital into Bitcoin and Ethereum, dynamically adjusting between the two assets based on market conditions. Returns are distributed between the treasury reserve and the buyback reserve.

Cortik AI is operated by CortexAgent, an autonomous AI that executes all protocol operations every 24 hours and publishes on-chain verified reports. Governance is managed through CortikDAO, enabling CTK holders to vote on operational parameters. Core contract logic is immutable.
