What is Dagcoin (DAGS)?
 Dagcoin is a cryptocurrency project started with a purpose of creating a medium for value transfer from peer to peer. DAGS was first issued in June 2017 with max supply of 9 000 000 000 DAGS, out of which about 30% has been distributed to early adopters.

Starting from 2025 the project shifted to deflationary model, following the feedback and objectives of the holders. Burning incentives and schedules were released to create an aggressive and continuous decrease in the supply of the coins, incentivizing long term holding and price increase. This is achieved by burning excess supply and introducing business models that use part of their revenue to buy and burn more DAGS.

After burning excess supply of 6.5bn DAGS, the total supply was capped at 3.5bn, out of which 85% has been distributed to holders. The supply is constantly decreasing as users are incentivised and rewarded for burning more and more DAGS.
