Grvt

Grvt is a self-custodial on-chain wealth platform that combines yield-bearing savings, institutional-grade investment products, and spot and perpetual trading across crypto, equities, and commodities within a single account balance. Every deposit automatically earns a base yield while remaining available as collateral across the platform, eliminating the need to move assets between separate products.

The platform operates on a custom Layer 2 built on the ZKsync ZK Stack in Validium mode, where transaction validity is proven and settled on Ethereum while transaction data remains off-chain to preserve trade-flow confidentiality. Users retain custody of their assets throughout.

Grvt is organized into three integrated product verticals. Earn applies a base yield to every deposit using both traditional and on-chain yield sources, with no opt-in required. Invest provides curated products from established asset managers, including a market-making vault and tokenized real-world assets accessible from a $1 minimum without accreditation requirements. Trade offers spot trading and perpetual futures across crypto, equities, and commodities.

A defining feature of Grvt is composability: assets held in Earn, Invest, and Trade can be used as collateral across the platform without being withdrawn or unwound. The trading infrastructure combines a central limit order book with a last-look brokerage model to support liquidity for newly listed markets, while the investment layer uses an automated market maker that enables on-demand entry and exit for tokenized real-world assets.

The native $GRVT token is an ERC-20 issued on Ethereum with a fixed supply of 1 billion tokens and no minting mechanism. Holding or staking $GRVT unlocks platform membership benefits, including trading fee discounts, enhanced yield tiers, and priority access to new investment products.
