AgroFi is a blockchain-powered digital agriculture ecosystem developed by PT Royal Agro Industri, one of Southeast Asia’s leading agribusiness groups. The project introduces the RAI Token (ERC-20) as the core utility asset that bridges modern blockchain participation with the real-world agricultural economy, enabling transparent, efficient, and inclusive engagement across the global agribusiness landscape.

AgroFi’s vision is to build a transparent and inclusive global agricultural economy through blockchain integration. Its mission is to empower the agricultural sector with digital infrastructure, allowing producers, cooperatives, investors, and communities to connect and share value equitably.

By leveraging Ethereum’s trusted technology, AgroFi transforms traditional agribusiness operations—often limited by inefficiency and fragmentation—into an open, verifiable, and collaborative digital ecosystem.

Core Proposition

Agriculture remains one of the world’s largest yet most opaque industries, often facing challenges related to fragmented data, supply chain inefficiency, and limited access to capital. AgroFi addresses these issues with a blockchain-first approach, not by tokenizing physical assets, but by providing digital utilities that enhance transparency, participation, and value distribution.

Through its ERC-20 RAI token, AgroFi enables digital interaction across stakeholders while maintaining a focus on real industry growth rather than speculative trading. Each utility in the AgroFi ecosystem—from staking to wallet services—is designed to strengthen accountability, traceability, and equitable participation within the agricultural economy.

The RAI Token (ERC-20 Utility)

RAI serves as the core digital utility token within the AgroFi ecosystem. It supports two primary functions:

AgroFi Wallet Utility: Users can store, send, and interact with RAI through the AgroFi Wallet, a secure non-custodial interface that connects participants with various ecosystem activities.

Staking and Ecosystem Rewards: RAI holders can stake their tokens in the AgroFi Staking Pool to earn rewards based on ecosystem participation. Rewards are sourced from platform activities, community allocations, and voluntary contributions from PT Royal Agro Industri to support long-term ecosystem growth. Multiple staking tiers with different multipliers allow participants to unlock benefits such as reduced platform fees or early access to new digital features.

Tokenomics

The total supply of RAI is permanently capped at 50,000,000 tokens with an initial price of Rp 100,000 per RAI. Token distribution is designed to ensure fairness, sustainability, and alignment with long-term growth:

Private Sale – 1% (500,000 RAI)

Pre-Sale – 1% (500,000 RAI)

Public Allocation – 60% (30,000,000 RAI, 1% circulating)

R&D – 20% (10,000,000 RAI)

Reserve – 18% (9,000,000 RAI)

The token release schedule (2026–2033) aligns with the projected growth of the agricultural industry, ensuring gradual circulation that mirrors ecosystem adoption and value creation.

Governance and Oversight

AgroFi operates under transparent governance, supervised by PT Royal Agro Industri to ensure responsible fund management and ecosystem integrity. RAI is a utility token, not a security, and does not represent ownership or equity. All activities are compliant with applicable regulations.
