The Foundation’s primary goal is to bring together people from all over the world to be part of a new socioeconomic ecosystem fueling global collaboration and capital efficiency.

By owning SHARE, holders unlock value to enhance the human experience.

SHARE's tokenomics allocate 80% to the Market Liquidity Pool and 20% of the supply to the Impact Fund.

The fund unlocks 5% of its holdings at specific market cap milestones to generate the liquidity for impact through real world assets.

An infinite mathematical relationship exists between the dilution rate of the fund, and the factor determining the milestones, rewarding holders through valuation increases and paving a path towards stability.

For every market cap milestone, a new SHARE impact fund will be raised and the SHARE community will choose via a democratic process for the positive impact projects they believe in.
