1.1 Market Background With the rapidly growing of blockchain and cryptocurrency markets, there is an increasing demand for transparent, secure, and efficient trading platforms. While centralized exchanges excel in liquidity and user-friendliness, they still face challenges in transparency, security, and fairness. Meanwhile, decentralised exchanges have the potential but also face issues such as complexity, low liquidity, speed, and limited functionality.

1.2 Vision of UZX DAO

To address these challenges, we plan to introduce UZX DAO to govern UZX.com exchange. Through DAO, our goal is to eliminate potential risks of centralized exchanges, enhance user trust and transparency, while encouraging global elites to participate in the governance of the exchange to ensure long-term development aligns with the interests of token holders and community members, achieving sustainable development and long-term competitiveness.

II. Basic Principles of UZX DAO

2.1 Decentralised Governance

The characteristics of DAO are that members are not bound by formal contracts but are connected through common goals and network incentives. These rules are transparent and embedded in open-source software. This operating system enables individuals and organisations to cooperate without the need for mutual trust. Our goal is to redefine the governance model of cryptocurrency exchanges through UZX DAO.
