Token Overview

$WPAY is the governance token of the WPAY Protocol. Holders vote on protocol proposals, steer reward allocation, and shape the roadmap through the WPAY Protocol DAO on Tally. Beyond governance, WPAY also serves as the membership key for W One — and is designed to be adopted by other partner non-custodial wallets built on Wirex infrastructure.

Token Utility

$WPAY serves two primary functions: protocol governance and membership access. Governance is the core utility — membership benefits flow from the same holding.

Protocol Governance Vote on WPAY Protocol proposals via the DAO on Tally. Shape reward allocation, fee structures, partnership terms, treasury deployment, and strategic direction. One token, one vote.

Proposal Power Create and submit governance proposals to the WPAY Protocol DAO. Propose changes to ecosystem parameters, new partner integrations, grant allocations, and protocol upgrades.

Delegation Delegate voting power to trusted community members or protocol stewards. Participate in governance even when you can't vote on every proposal yourself.
